Professional electrical contractors with a wider view
NHG Integrated Systems began as an electrical contractor. As our clients' projects grew more complex, so did our capability, adding smart home, AV/IT, cinema and automated security so that every system in a building could be delivered by one coordinated team.
Today we work with homeowners, self-builders, developers, managing agents, architects, M&E consultants and main contractors. The common thread is careful design, qualified engineers and support that continues long after handover.

Founded on experience, delivered with care
I founded NHG Integrated Systems with a clear aim: to deliver quality installations, reliable technology and a personal service that customers can trust.
With over 18 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, home automation and security, my background covers everything from smart home systems to alarms, CCTV, automated gates, barriers and wider perimeter security solutions.
NHG has since grown into a skilled team, bringing electrical, audio-visual and IT, smart home, cinema room, security and automation services together within one company. This allows us to take a coordinated approach to each project, making the process simpler for our customers.

Nicholas Gloster
Director
As director and senior engineer at NHG Integrated Systems, I bring 18 years of experience as an electrician, specialising in smart home integration and security systems. I hold MSQ Level 3, 2391 Testing and SMSTS site safety qualifications. I am also an approved smart home integration dealer for Lutron and AVA, and install Ajax and other alarm and security systems.
I take pride in the quality of our work and the standards we set as a business. From electrical installations to smart home and security systems, my focus is on delivering reliable systems that reflect NHG’s standards of workmanship, safety and customer care.
Callum Roe
Senior Engineer / Team Lead
As a senior engineer and team lead at NHG Integrated Systems, I combine hands-on installation work with leading and supporting our engineers on site. Working across electrical, smart home and security projects, I help ensure every installation meets the high standards we set for workmanship, safety and attention to detail.
I take pride in helping the team deliver their best work, sharing practical knowledge and resolving challenges as they arise. From coordinating day-to-day site activities to keeping customers informed, my focus is on keeping projects running smoothly and delivering reliable systems with a finish we can all be proud of.
Eugene Gerrick
Engineer / Project Manager
As an engineer and project manager at NHG Integrated Systems, I combine practical installation work with coordinating projects from initial planning through to completion. I work closely with our customers, engineers and suppliers to keep work organised, maintain clear communication and ensure every stage receives the attention it needs.
I take pride in both the quality of our installations and the experience we provide along the way. From managing schedules and site requirements to working alongside the team, my focus is on delivering well-managed projects that reflect NHG’s standards of workmanship and customer care.
Richard Smith
Business Development
As business development lead at NHG Integrated Systems, I bring a career spent entirely in the construction industry, including the best part of 30 years in perimeter security. My background in designing and project managing perimeter projects gives me a practical understanding of what each job involves, from initial design through to completion.
I take pride in building strong working relationships and understanding what each customer needs. From early conversations to shaping the right solution, my focus is on creating opportunities for NHG and ensuring every project starts on the right footing, reflecting our standards of workmanship and customer care.
Stacey Williams
Admin
I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our engineers, customers and day-to-day operations. With a career in business operations across a range of industries, I help keep our paperwork, processes and communication organised, from preparing quotations and scopes of works to putting clear systems in place for the team.
I take pride in being organised, reliable and easy to work with. From enquiries to logistics, my focus is on making sure the right information reaches the right people, so our team can concentrate on delivering the standards of workmanship and customer care NHG is known for.
